As the first half of the trimester ends,
I am using today's activities--Read-aloud in Lit Skills, DVD w/Reflection in Science--
as a spot check QUIZ on two very specific aspects of participation:
ATTENTION and LISTENING.
20 = active listening
10 = inattention w/o disruption of others
5 = active disruption
