Participation IV

This week will be somewhat unusual, but it is my policy to NOT end the trimester until it ends! Therefore, students will continue to receive scores until Friday, May 21. Their final grade for the trimester will be on the project, but in the meantime they will be graded daily on Participation. Science is unique in its focus on groupwork and I have emphasized this daily to the students.
Each day will involve either hearing oral presentations or participating in discussions based on videos, the latter focusing on our final biome, the deep ocean. Students are expected to maintain proper classroom behavior for these activities and will be scored each day based on their participation.
Rubric
10 points = attentive and respectful
5 points = inattentive or disrespectful
0 points = disruptive
